The Apalachicola River Inn is located in Apalachicola, Florida, approximately 85 miles southwest of Tallahassee or 70 miles east of Panama City on U.S. Highway 98.

Commercial airline services are available at Tallahassee or Panama City. Private or charter air service is accommodated by the Apalachicola airport or the St. George Island Plantation Airstrip.

From Tallahassee: Take US-319 South for approximately 22 miles. Continue on US-98,SR-30 and go Southwest for 52 miles. Turn right on Avenue D/Center Street and go for about 400 feet. Turn right on Water Street and go about 100 feet to 123 Water Street.

From Panama City: Take US-98 and go Southeast for approximately 62 miles. Turn left on Avenue D/Center Street and go for about 400 feet. Turn right on Water Street and go for about 100 feet to 123 Water Street.
