Bed & Breakfast at the Inn: All lower rooms are $129.00 Monday through Sunday, and all upper rooms are $149.00 Sunday through Thursday and $159.00 Friday and Saturday, Rose Suite is $195.00 Monday through Sunday, and the River Cottage is $260 for 2 and $360 for 4 Monday through Sunday
Rates above do not include tax and are double occupancy, each additional person is $25.00.

Caroline's River Dining is offering complimentary breakfast to our guests with fresh-squeezed orange juice. Your choice of our "All American Breakfast" or our delicious maple French toast, traditional pancakes, Southern biscuits and gravy or sauteed shrimp over grits, coffee or tea (Gratuities not included).

A Glass of Cheer in the Spoonbill Lounge: Guests enjoy a Happy Hour Drink Special our compliments at our scenic Roseate Spoonbill Lounge with each night's stay.

The Rose Suite Second floor. The largest of the upstairs rooms now boasts wrap-around windows and a private balcony, offering a stunning view of our river. A fully tiled bath with whirlpool tub makes your stay complete.

Upper Rooms 2 Queens or 1 King: Second floor. These rooms include fully tiled baths and private balconies for you to enjoy the view of our river.

Lower Rooms 2 Doubles or 1 Queen: First floor. These rooms inclued fully tiled baths with picture windows with outside seating along the walkway.

The River Cottage Newly remodeled! A private two bedroom suite with a large deck facing the Apalachicola River. Large French doors allow a river view from within the Suite. Each bedroom has King sized beds. Boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a 72-inch round Jaccuzzi, and a large deck overlooking the river.
